Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Attention Connect VPN service available at attentionconnect.app, our Telegram bot, and our Telegram Mini App (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service operator
The Service is operated by Attention Connect LLC, a company registered in Armenia (state registration no. 999.110.1582885, TIN 02335718), registered address: A. Hovsepyan St. 31, Yerevan 0046, Armenia. Contact: support@attentionconnect.org, tel. +374 94 966344.
1. The Service
Attention Connect provides a paid VPN that routes your internet traffic through our servers to help you access an open internet. We provision a subscription link and VPN configuration to your account, which you import into a compatible VPN client.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. You sign in with Google or Telegram; you are responsible for keeping access to those accounts secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Free trial
New accounts may activate a 7-day free trial (or a different amount granted through a referral). The trial is offered once per user and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
4. Plans & pricing
Subscriptions are sold as fixed prepaid terms. Indicative pricing:

Payment is also accepted in Telegram Stars and cryptocurrency. Prices and plans may change; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Applicable taxes may be added.
5. Billing & no auto-renewal
Each purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed term. The Service does not auto-renew and we do not store your payment method to charge you again — there is no recurring billing. Your access simply ends when the paid term expires unless you choose to buy another term. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break applicable laws or infringe others’ rights;
- send spam, malware, or conduct hacking, port scanning, or denial-of-service attacks;
- distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content;
- resell, share, or sublicense your subscription beyond the permitted device limit;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund where abuse is involved.
7. Device limit
Each subscription allows a limited number of simultaneous devices. We monitor device count on your subscription link to enforce this limit and prevent sharing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network conditions, or factors outside our control may affect availability. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
9. Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attention Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. Refund eligibility on termination is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you other rights.
