Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Attention Connect (“Attention Connect”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our VPN service at attentionconnect.app, our Telegram bot, and our Telegram Mini App (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Attention Connect provides a paid VPN (virtual private network) subscription that lets you access the internet through our servers. The Service is operated by Attention Connect LLC, registered in Armenia (state registration no. 999.110.1582885, TIN 02335718), registered address: A. Hovsepyan St. 31, Yerevan 0046, Armenia, which is the data controller for your personal data. For any privacy question you can reach us at the contacts in section 12.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account identifiers. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name, and a Google account identifier. When you sign in with Telegram we receive your Telegram ID and, if set, your username.
• Subscription data. Your subscription status, expiry date, trial usage, and the VPN configuration / subscription link issued to your account.
• Payment data. Records of your purchases (plan, amount, currency, date, status). Card and wallet details are entered directly with our payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.
• Connection metadata for abuse prevention. To enforce the device limit on a subscription, we record the client app, a device identifier (HWID), and IP address observed on your subscription link. This is used to detect sharing/abuse, not to profile you.
• Referrals. If you arrive through a referral link, we record which account referred you so credits can be applied.
• Technical logs. Standard server logs (timestamps, error traces) needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. What we do NOT log

We are a privacy tool. We do not log the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or the contents of your VPN traffic, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. How we use information

• To create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
• To provision, deliver, and maintain your VPN access.
• To process payments and activate or extend your subscription.
• To enforce plan limits (such as the number of devices) and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send service notifications (for example, subscription expiry reminders) via Telegram or email.
• To provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.

5. Payment processors

Payments are handled by third-party processors depending on the method you choose: YooKassa, Stripe, Plisio (cryptocurrency), and Telegram Stars. When you pay, the relevant processor handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation and the metadata listed in section 2.

6. Other third-party services

• Google and Telegram for sign-in and messaging.
• Email delivery (Amazon SES) for service notifications.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers.

These providers process data only to perform their function for us.

7. Cookies

The website at attentionconnect.app uses a single, strictly necessary cookie. It keeps you signed in to your account (an authentication session) and carries temporary state during sign-in (such as a referral code or the chosen sign-in flow). This cookie is essential to provide the account features you request — without it you cannot stay logged in — so it does not require consent, and we do not display a cookie banner. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The Telegram Mini App does not use cookies; it authenticates through Telegram’s signed init data. You can block cookies in your browser, but the web cabinet will then be unable to sign you in.

8. Data retention

We keep account, subscription, and payment records for as long as your account exists and as required by law or accounting rules. Connection metadata used for abuse prevention is kept only as long as needed for that purpose. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated infrastructure to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account ends your access to the Service. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
